I need some help with my thinking or my math or both. In the last purchase option (http://www.theeestory.com/files/EESTOR_Stock_Pu... Zenn is paying just under $43.00 per share.

Since they now own 10.7% of EEStor after the purchase, am I not purchasing more than one EEStor share for $35.00 if I just purchase ten Zenn shares at $3.50 per share?

So why would I want to excersise an option @ the $43.00 price when I can end up with the same % of the same company plus a percentage of another company (Zenn) at the same time for a lower cost?

Someone please set me streight!!

Good question and I was thinking along those same line earlier. There is no way for us to buy individual shares of Eestor is all I can come up with.

Glad to have front row seats next to Y_NO

WOW. A perfect storm of an opportunity to invest. Right now Zenn is the perfect investment imo. By the end of the year Zenn could be @$50.00/share, imo. 10.7% in Eestor, a 53 kwh eesu, zenergy drive trains, converting ICE, upgrading golf carts. They might make more money than KP this next year.

Well, at least Snoopy is happy. That lifts my spirits a bit.

If it doesn't work, what will Zenn be worth? Will it be a complete bust or can it carry on, just by making it's current products?

I think that's why he stated "IF", eTc. IF is a conditional stating one possible outcome while acknowledging there may be others.

A lot like what Omnibus used to say.

I will restate the question as it seems to be giving dareka1 some problems.

Will Zenn survive if EEstor fails to deliver?

Complete burst!

Zenn doesn't have a real product of it's own, and it is burning money by assembling old-technique electric cars which nowbody wants to buy.

Zenn collected over 30 million $ but invested only 8 mio or so into EEstor. Where are the other 22 mios gone?

Zenn Shares Bought*0.107*Total EEStor Shares/Total Zenn Shares = EEStor Shares "Bought"

zawy, I thought of that after the post. It would be interesting to do the math but I do not know the share numbers. I do think my logic was way off though.

If you could buy 1000 shares of EEStor stock for $42,460 or 12,380 shares or Znnmf and end up with the equivelant value of 656 EEStor stock value at the same time, which would you do?

If I did the calulations right that is the choice the other investers were looking at.

@ Hbert I agree that is why I said in chat that it may be more effective to use Zenn as the vehicle for investment instead of EEstor. Which may explain why Zenn was allowed to max out. ..But KP does not buy common stock? so...Who is behind it?

Lens scale 6 down from 8 waiting is hard but still optimistic....will drop to 3.01 if nothing after AGM
