ZMC is down about nine percent on the Canadian exchange right now (and it's early!), the news is not posted on Zenn's website, and US stockholders have no opportunity to respond till Monday, when it may be too late. Very disrespectful to US shareholders, and unethical! The news is market moving regardless of what it ultimately means, and it would have been nice to have had an opportunity to respond in a timely fashion.

I seemed to have missed the other feathers.

Quit whinning! You had the opportunity to sell out 30 days ago when the news was announced.

Besides, you have already invested in 2 car companies in the last 3 months, you don't need Zenn...your plate is full...now get down there to the Siverado Sherrif and buy a new pickup. LOL

NickSheeson,

I own no other car companies, and the news has yet to be announced. What are you talking about?

Your Government now owns GM and Chrysler!

Read the Zenn management discussion in their year end report. Zenn is in "late stage" negotiations with an OEM {car company} to manufacture cars for Zenn. Zenn will supply the drivetrain and EEstor the power. This has come about as a result of their original OEM screwing up.

The OEM announcemnt is pending.

If an ED announcement comes at all, I don't expect it until the Fall. I would be more inclined to believe that an ED announcement could very well be held up until the day they are ready to ship. I really see no benefit of announcing any earlier (at least publically).

You tell me.
